We are seeking a Technical Account Manager with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our team. In this role, you will provide post-sales technical support, collaborate with the sales team, and help us build meaningful, long-lasting relationships to drive our business forward.

Location: Israel

You will:

  • Address client queries in a timely manner and assist with utilizing AWS services effectively

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities

  • Train customers on proper cloud environment usage

  • Offer post-sales technical support to customers on complicated technical issues

  • Assess customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional features

  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

  • Provide product performance reports to developers and stakeholders

  • Assist with DevOps and Cloud delivery tracking to ensure customer satisfaction across all teams

  • Monitor account metrics, including CSAT and financials

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, DevOps or Cloud Engineer

  • Experience in technical guidance and sales

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient presentation skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)

  • Salesforce experience (preferred)

  • Prior experience with an AWS partner or startup (preferred)

  • Former Amazonian (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

  • Proficiency in customer success and CRM software (e.g., Gainsight and Salesforce)

  • AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, SysOps Associate, DevOps Professional, Specialty certifications
