We seek a business-driven, impact-obsessed Head of Growth to accelerate our revenue engine, own global pipeline generation, and orchestrate cross-functional growth campaigns that drive business forward. This role partners deeply with SDRs, Sales, and regional teams, and plays a critical part in expanding Automat-it’s footprint in the US and internationally.
📍 Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv
Responsibilities
- Plan, drive, and own demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, social, PPC, webinars, the company website, sponsored programs, email campaigns, and other digital marketing programs
- Ownership of achieving Automat-it lead-gen targets according to business goals
- Embed AI and emerging technologies to drive experimentation into the growth stack (e.g., creative generation, targeting refinement, predictive scoring, automation).
- Ownership of the Paid Media Agency relationship
- Partner closely with SDR and Sales leadership to align on ICPs, messaging, handoff processes, scoring, playbooks, and revenue targets - ensuring growth activities directly support pipeline creation and deal acceleration
- Own and manage the growth budget, ensuring we meet budget goals while collaborating with global and regional teams
- Lead the go-to-market penetration into the US market, building data-driven growth motions tailored to the region
- Build and manage a high-performing Growth team: coaching, motivating, and developing talent
- Report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights into campaign performance to key stakeholders
- Foster a culture of curiosity, speed, and creativity, ensuring growth is both impactful and enjoyable
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in fast-paced B2B tech companies, preferably startup(s)
- Experience owning growth or demand generation end-to-end
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting, scoring, dashboards)
- Strong background in B2B digital marketing and paid channels
- Experience managing agency relationships
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Open mindset: curious, eager to try new tools, especially AI
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Proven ability to build high-trust, collaborative relationships across Sales, SDR, and Marketing
