We seek a PMO to own and coordinate operational projects, generate actionable business insights from data, optimize processes, and track project progress.
📍 Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv
Responsibilities
- Lead, execute, and track the progress of operational projects end-to-end in a professional services environment across multiple departments, including AWS partnerships, management, sales, FinOps, support, R&,D and legal
- Analyze company data and create comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and service delivery optimization
- Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between Global Operations and other business units
- Utilize Asana to track project timelines, monitor task progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Coordinate tasks effectively across teams while maintaining accountability and quality standards
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for AWS representatives and internal stakeholders
- Prepare data-driven presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Support the PMO Lead in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or operations roles within a tech environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- Native Hebrew speaker with excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams
- Self-motivated with outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from initiation to completion
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
