We seek a PMO that will be the operational engine driving our most critical internal and partnership-facing initiatives. It’s a data-driven, proactive position where you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, analyze business performance, and optimize the processes that allow us to scale as an AWS Premier Partner. You will report to the Global Operations Lead and work closely with senior leadership and AWS representatives.
📍 Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-stakes AWS programs. This includes end-to-end management of program budgets, tracking complex KPIs, and collaborating with the company's VP and C-level leadership to maximize our partnership benefits.
- Analyze company-wide data to provide insights into service-level profitability and customer growth. You'll navigate diverse data sets to help leadership understand the "why" behind the numbers and support strategic decision-making.
- Own the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey process from start to finish - from designing department-specific survey logic to analyzing results and tracking the implementation of improvements.
- Proactively monitor growth targets and business KPIs, identifying potential risks or deviations early and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement recovery plans.
- Design, implement, and optimize cross-functional workflows across Sales, Delivery, Marketing, FinOps, and Legal to improve company-wide efficiency and scalability.
- Utilize Asana to track project timelines, monitor task progress, and ensure the timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards across teams.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for AWS representatives and internal stakeholders, preparing data-driven presentations and reports for executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A proven track record in PMO or Operations roles within a global tech environment (Professional Services or SaaS environment preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with a high degree of comfort using data to build models, perform complex calculations, and derive actionable business insights
- A demonstrated ability to take ownership of a project from initial concept through to full execution, working independently to meet objectives
- Professional fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex data and strategic concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Strong professional confidence with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable and clearly communicate risks or delays when KPIs are not being met
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management platforms
- Experience with AI-powered tools
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, cloud-based business models, or professional services environments - an advantage.
