Project Manager Administrator

About The Position

We’re looking for a project manager administrator to control project management processes and assist in project execution.

📍 Work location - hybrid from Madrid

Responsibilities

Collaborate with DevOps Team Leads, Engineers, and customers to ensure project success
Control project management processes and assist in project planning and execution
Set up and manage project communication channels
Provide project reporting and documentation support

Requirements

1 year of experience in an Administrative role, preferably from a tech company
Solid experience working with Excel or Google Sheets, Reports, and task management systems such as Asana.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Energetic, motivated, and a self-starter with a desire to grow and learn fast
Working experience from an IT project in a similar role or as a Junior PM — an advantage
Degree in Computer Science, Management, or equivalent — an advantage
