Introduction

We at Automat-IT Malam Team Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “we”, “our” or “us”), respect your privacy. This privacy notice (“Notice”) explains our privacy practices as a data controller for the processing of personal data related to you when you visit and use our website and any of our other online activities made available by us (“Services”).

This Notice does not apply in the following cases:

  • Personal data we process as a data processor on behalf of our customers.
  • Personal data related to you that you provide us, in connection with your application for a job, which is subject to our Recruitment Privacy Notice.

Personal data, within the meaning of this Notice, means any data related to you that either identifies or can identify you.

Processing, within the meaning of this Notice, means any action performed on personal data.

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with personal data related to you. If, after reading this Notice, you find that our privacy practices do not align with your views or wishes, you may not use, visit, or access our Services.

We have prepared a summary table below, which provides a clear and quick view of our practices.

The following “Notice at Collection and Summary” table is a summary of our practices. Note that where certain U.S. state consumer privacy laws and regulations (“U.S. Privacy Laws”) are applicable to our processing of personal data, the first 5 headings also serve as our Notice at Collection. Additionally, its initial items are intended to comply with the applicable requirements under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981.

This Notice is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal right in or on behalf of any party.

To the extent that applicable laws require your consent for our processing of personal data related to you under this Notice, you indicate your consent by providing the personal data to us or our service providers, and by visiting, using, attending, or opting in to our Services, with your activity serving as such consent.

If you do not agree with our privacy practices as detailed under this Notice, you may not use the Services.

Notice At Collection and Summary of Notice

Personal Data That We Collect and Use

Categories of personal data you provide us: We collect and use personal data that you provide us in connection with the type of interaction you have with us. Such personal data includes your name and contact details.

Categories of personal data that we collect: We also automatically collect and process traffic data that users’ online activities generate, including IP addresses, session durations, and additional activity information.

Categories of sensitive personal data: We do not knowingly collect or allow others to collect on our behalf sensitive personal data (within the meaning of applicable law) related to you, and we require you not to provide us with any such data. For more information, see the section “Our processing of Personal Data under U.S. Privacy Laws” of this Notice.

What Do We Do with Personal Data Related to You?

We use personal data to operate and improve our Services, communicate with you, and to send you marketing-related messages, protect ourselves, others and our Services from misuse and law violations and comply with legal obligations.

How Do We Share Personal Data Related to You?

We share personal data related to you with service providers to operate and improve our Services and operations; with our affiliates; and legal authorities if required. In addition, we will transfer data if we change our corporate structure or in connection with our acquisition.

We do not sell personal data related to you, and do not share it with others for monetary or other valuable consideration or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

However, we engage third parties to help us market our Services, and we may use personal data related to you for targeted advertising purposes, which under some privacy laws may be considered as selling or sharing of personal data.

How Long Will We Retain Personal Data?

We retain personal data for different periods of time, depending on the purposes for processing the data, our legitimate and lawful purposes, and pursuant to legal requirements under applicable law.

Your Choices and Rights

We will give you choices about how we use and share personal data related to you, and we will respect your rights under applicable laws.

At any time, you can stop using any of our Services in accordance with the terms of that Service and we will stop collecting personal data related to you through the Service you stopped using.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists by clicking the “unsubscribe” or similar link in these emails and confirming the email address for which you would like to unsubscribe.

You also have rights related to our processing of personal data related to you under applicable laws, as further detailed in this Notice – for more information, see the “Territory-Specific Provisions” sections under this Notice.

Minors

Services are not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal data of such users.

If we discover that personal data from a user under 16 was collected without proper consent, we will delete it promptly.

Transfer of Personal Data Outside Your Territory

We may process personal data in various sites throughout the globe.

Aggregated and Analytical Data.

Aggregated data is not identifiable. We use it for legitimate business purposes and for standard analytical and marketing automation tools.

We implement systems, applications and procedures to secure personal data related to you, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of personal data, or unauthorized access or use of personal data.

Personal Data That We Collect and Use

We collect and use the following personal data related to you:

  •  When contacting us via forms on our websites and other digital assets, or by emailing us, we will collect personal data related to you.
    For example: your name and email address, phone number, residence, job title, etc.
  • Any additional personal data related to you that you enter or communicate through our Services.
    For example: personal data that you provide by filling in forms or by emailing us.
  • We automatically collect and process traffic data on how you use our Services to help us improve them, by using cookies and other tracking technologies.
    Such data includes IP addresses, browser information, session durations, viewed pages, mobile ad identifier (or similar unique advertising identifiers), access device, and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform.
  • We collect and process information about whether you want to receive marketing communications from us and what your communication preferences are.

What Do We Do with Personal Data Related to You?

We collect and use personal data related to you for the following purposes:

  • To operate and enable our Services and to improve and customize your experience with them.
  • To reply to messages that you send us through our forms and correspond with you.
  • To protect and enforce the rights and interests of our employees, users, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, and our own rights and interests, and to take any action in any case of dispute or legal proceeding.
  • To prevent and remediate fraud, misappropriation, infringements, violations, identity theft, cyber-attacks and other security incidents, illegal activities and misuse or abuse of our Services.
  • To comply with any requests and orders of law enforcement agencies and authorities.

How Do We Share Personal Data Related to You?

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal data related to you. We share personal data related to you for the following purposes:

  • We share personal data related to you with third-party service providers to help us operate, manage, and protect our Services and our operations. They provide us with Services such as analytics, information security and IT support.
  • We also share personal data related to you with our affiliates, for business purposes, with the express provision that their use of personal data related to you will comply with this Notice.
  • We use analytics and other tools to help us manage and improve our Services, and for additional purposes described in this Notice. These tools track users’ behavior, using cookies and other tracking technologies. They use personal data to provide us with their Services, and for their own purposes, including product improvement and advertising. Their privacy practices are subject to their own policies.

  • We will disclose personal data related to you with or without Notice (a) if required by a judicial or administrative order; (b) where required by law; or (c) when we believe that it is necessary to protect the safety of any individual, the general public, or to prevent violations of our rights or interests, or the rights or interests of any third party.
  • A merger, acquisition or any other structural change will require us to transfer personal data to another entity as part of the structural change.

How Long Will We Retain Personal Data?

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of using such data under this Notice and as permitted by law. Contact information that you provide us is necessary for providing you with the Services or corresponding with you, but we will delete such data upon your written request.

We will keep aggregated non-identifiable data without limitation. To the greatest reasonable extent, we will endeavor to delete or de-identify potentially identifiable data when we no longer need to process the data in an identifiable form.

Your Choices and Rights

We provide you with the following choices, and respect your rights under the applicable laws, to allow you to control the way we use personal data related to you:

  • At any time, you can stop using any of our Services in accordance with the terms of that Service, and as a result we will stop collecting any respective personal data from you or related to you through the Service you stopped using. However, we will store and continue using or making available certain personal data that is related to you. For further information, please read the section “How Long Will We Retain Personal Data?” of this Notice.
  • At any time, you may notify us of your refusal to receive our marketing materials by using the “unsubscribe” or similar link in the marketing messages that we send you and confirm the email address for which you would like to unsubscribe.
  • You have the right to access the personal data related to you that we keep, subject to certain applicable legal limitations. We will ask you to provide certain credentials to verify your identity. If required under applicable law, we will make good-faith efforts to locate and provide you with a copy of personal data related to you that you request and that resides in our information systems.
  • If you find that personal data related to you that we process is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date, you may request that this personal data be corrected or deleted. If we decide to refuse your request, we will notify you of our refusal in accordance with applicable law, and you may appeal our decision.
  • Some web browsers offer a Do-Not-Track signal. A Do-Not-Track signal is an HTTP header field indicating your preference for tracking your activities on our Services or through cross-site user tracking. Our online Services do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals.

Minors

Our Services are not meant for users under the age of 16. We do not intend and do not knowingly collect, sell or share personal data of children under the age of sixteen (16).

We reserve the right to request proof of age, via a recognized identification method, at any stage so that we can verify that minors are not using our Services without appropriate consent. If we learn that we have collected personal data from children under the age of sixteen (16) we will delete that data promptly.

Transfer of Personal Data Outside Your Territory

We may store and process personal data in various sites throughout the globe and in sites operated and maintained by cloud-based service providers, including in the United States, and for such purpose transfer personal data related to you to such territories.

Depending on applicable law, such a transfer of personal data is subject to certain conditions. If you are a resident in a jurisdiction where the transfer of personal data related to you to another country requires your consent, then you hereby provide us with the necessary consent for such transfer of personal data.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that personal data related to you is treated securely and in accordance with this Notice.

TERRITORY-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS

Our Processing of Personal Data under European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Swiss Privacy Laws

Lawful Ground

If European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland data protection laws apply to the processing of the personal data related to you by us, then the following terms apply. This section supersedes any contradicting provisions under the other sections of this Notice.

When we process personal data related to you, the processing is based on the following lawful grounds:

  • We will process personal data related to you to comply with a legal obligation and to protect your and others’ vital interests.
  • We will further rely on our legitimate interests, which we believe are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms, for the following purposes:
    • Communication with you, including direct marketing, for example, where you contact us through our website.
    • Cyber security
    • Support, customer relations, service operations
    • Enhancements and improvements to your and others’ experience with our Services.
    • Fraud detection and misuse of our Services

All processing of personal data related to you that is not based on the lawful grounds indicated above is based on your consent.

Additional Rights Under EEA Privacy Laws

In addition to your rights under other sections in this Notice, you are entitled to the following specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, as applicable, in relation to personal data:

  • Right to withdraw consent. At any time, contact us if you want to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data related to you. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  • Deletion and Restriction Rights. Request to delete or restrict access to personal data related to you. We will review your request and use our discretion, subject to applicable laws, to reach a decision about your request.
  • Portability Right. You may ask to transfer personal data related to you in accordance with your right to data portability.
  • Objection Right. You may object to the processing of personal data related to you for direct marketing purposes or any other processing of personal data related to you which is based on our legitimate interests.
  • Right to lodge a complaint. You have a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
  • You can obtain a copy of the suitable safeguards that we use when transferring personal data as described below or receive further information about personal data transfer by submitting your request at: info@Automat-it.com

If you exercise one (or more) of the above-mentioned rights, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, you may request to be informed that third parties that hold personal data related to you, in accordance with this Notice, will act accordingly.

Note that when you send us a request to exercise your rights, we will need to reasonably authenticate your identity and location. We will ask you to provide us with credentials to make sure that you are who you claim to be, and we will further ask you questions to understand the nature and scope of your request.

If we need to delete personal data related to you following your request, it will take some time until we completely delete residual copies of personal data related to you from our active servers and from our backup systems.

Our Processing of Personal Data under U.S. Privacy Laws

If the U.S. Privacy Laws apply to the processing of personal data related to you by us, then the following terms apply:

Categories of Personal Data We Collected in the Preceding 12 Months

The section “Personal Data That We Collect and Use” of this Notice outlines the categories of personal data we have collected in the preceding 12 months.
Such categories include identifiers, real name, online identifiers, IP and Email address, professional and employment data, and inferences drawn from such data reflecting preferences.

Categories of Sources from Which Personal Data Is Collected

As further detailed above, we obtain personal data directly from you, from your use of our Services, from third parties such as event organizers, data providers, and publicly available resources.

Our Business Purpose for Processing Personal Data

The section “What Do We Do with Personal Data Related to You” of this Notice outlines our business purpose for processing personal Data.

Categories of Personal Data that We Disclosed for a Business Purpose to Third Parties in the Preceding 12 Months

We share personal data with third parties such as our service providers and our affiliates, as further described above under the section titled “How Do We Share Personal Data Related to You” and for the purposes listed there.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the categories of personal data as listed above in section “How Do We Share Personal Data Related to You” to this Notice, for business purposes.

Sensitive Personal Data

Our Services are not intended to collect sensitive data (within the meaning of U.S. Privacy Laws). We do not knowingly collect or allow others to collect sensitive personal data related to you, and we require you not to provide us with any such data.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not used or disclosed sensitive personal data.

Selling and Sharing Personal Data

We do not sell personal data related to you, and do not share it with others for monetary or other valuable consideration or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. However, we engage third-party service providers to help us analyze and market our Services, and we may use personal data related to you for targeted advertising purposes. These third-party service providers do not pay us for collecting such data. However, the right granted to these third-party service providers to collect personal data from/via our Services may be considered as disclosure for the purpose of selling or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Subject to the specific privacy law applicable to our processing of personal data related to you (such as some U.S. state privacy laws), you may be entitled to opt out of such selling or sharing by contacting us at info@Automat-it.com.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold personal data or shared personal data with others for monetary or other valuable consideration or used it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories of personal data collected by third parties in the preceding twelve (12) months include identifiers, online activities and inferences drawn from such activities. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the categories of personal data as listed above in section “How Do We Share Personal Data Related to You” to this Notice, for business purposes.

Additional Rights Under U.S. Privacy Laws

In addition to your rights under other sections in this Notice, you are entitled to the following specific rights under the U.S. Privacy Laws, as applicable, in relation to personal data:

  • Right to Know. You have a right to know what personal data related to you we have collected. You can request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of personal data over the past 12 months. After verifying your request, we will disclose to you:
    • The categories of personal data related to you that we collected.
    • The categories of sources for the personal data related to you that we collected.
    • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal data.
    • The categories of personal data that we disclosed for a business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we disclosed that category of personal data.
    • The specific pieces of personal data related to you that we collected.
    • If we disclose personal data related to you for a business purpose, we will provide you with a list that will identify the personal data categories that each category of recipient obtained.
  • Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete any personal data related to you. Upon confirmation of your request, we will delete personal data related to you from our records, unless an exception applies.
  • Opt-out of Selling or Sharing. We do not sell personal data related to you to others for monetary consideration. However, we engage third parties to help us market our Services and we may use personal data related to you for targeted advertising purposes. U.S. Regulations may consider our disclosure of data to third parties for these purposes as Selling or Sharing of personal data. United States residents may opt-out of such Selling or Sharing by contacting us at info@Automat-it.com.
  • Non-discrimination. You have a right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights under applicable U.S. Privacy Laws.
  • Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Data. You have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal data related to specific purposes detailed under applicable U.S. Privacy Laws. Our Services are not intended to collect sensitive data (within the meaning of U.S. Privacy Laws). We do not knowingly collect or allow others to collect sensitive personal data related to you, and we require you not to provide us with any such data. We will only receive sensitive personal data related to you if you voluntarily choose to provide it, despite our request not to do so. We will handle such data in accordance with applicable U.S. Privacy Laws and the terms of this Notice. If you believe that you are entitled to this right, please contact us at info@Automat-it.com.

We may need to verify your identity to process your requests and reserve the right to confirm your residency. To verify your identity, we may require government identification, a declaration under penalty of perjury, or other information, where permitted by law.

Under some U.S. privacy Laws, you may enable an authorized agent to request on your behalf. To verify your authorized agent’s identity and authority to act on your behalf, we may require a copy of a valid power of attorney or provide your agent with written and signed permission to exercise your rights on your behalf as permitted by law.

Our Processing of Personal Data under Israeli Laws

Lawful Ground

We rely on your consent to process personal data related to you for the purposes described in this Notice, and your continued use of the Services constitutes consent for us to process such personal data, as detailed under this Notice. You do not have to provide us with personal data, but if you do not, you will not be able to use the Services.

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with personal data related to you, and if, after reading this Notice, you find that it does not align with your views or wishes, you should refrain from using the Services. We will be sorry for that, but it is your full right.

In some cases, if you do not provide the required personal details, you will not be able to use some of our Services, for example, to receive professional communications from us.

Additional Rights Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law

In addition to your rights under other sections of this Notice, you may also be entitled to the following specific rights under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, regarding personal data related to you:

Right to Delete Personal Data Transferred from the European Economic Area: If personal data related to you is transferred to us from the European Economic Area (EEA) by a source other than yourself, you have the right to request its deletion. Such a deletion request is subject to limitations under applicable laws.

Right to Unsubscribe: At any time, you may notify us of your refusal to receive the newsletter material by using the “unsubscribe” link in the messages that we send you.
Right to Review Personal Data: You have a right to review personal data related to you that is held in our databases, subject to certain legal limitations, such as the confidentiality of privileged data.

Right to Correct Personal Data: If you find that any of the personal data related to you is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, you may request that this personal data be corrected or deleted. If we decide to refuse your request, we will notify you of our refusal in accordance with applicable law, and you may appeal our decision.

Aggregated and Analytical Data

We may use anonymous, statistical and aggregated data that we derive from personal data related to you to drive insights, statistics, trends and predictions for our internal use and will share it at our discretion for lawful business purposes.

Information Security

We maintain the confidentiality of personal data related to you and we take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data related to you from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

We do not guarantee that our Services are immune from cyberattacks, malicious activities, malfunctions, honest mistakes or other types of abuse and misuse of personal data.

Changes to this Notice

From time to time, we will update this Notice to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulations, in our Services, information systems and data protection practices.

By continuing to use our Services after the new notice takes effect, you indicate your consent to the new notice, if such consent is required by law.
