Account Executive

Weโ€™re seeking an Account Executive to drive Automat-it business growth in the Israeli territory, ensuring a great customer experience. Youโ€™ll be responsible for the sales process, from prospecting to closing a deal. 

๐Ÿ“ Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful targeted territory development plans to help achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and margin targets
  • Develop and manage all phases of the territoryโ€™s business development cycle, including managing proposal negotiations, the statement-of-work, and completion of all contract details
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Automat-it capabilities to the client's business and positioning relative to competitors
  • Prospect new customers and communicate with the AWS reps regularly
  • Maintain and develop strategic vendor relations with AWS
  • Regularly attend business events to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits of Automat-it
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and Solutions Architects
  • Commitment to regular business travel locally and abroad

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in direct IT sales or business development within complex cloud or software environments
  • Experience selling IT professional services such as consulting, managed services, or staff augmentation, or SaaS solutions tailored for R&D or DevOps teams
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of professional services to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling AWS-based solutions
  • Familiarity with the Israeli digital native, ISV, and startup ecosystem
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executives
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and full professional proficiency in Hebrew
  • Strong presentation skills and solid organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Experience with AI-powered sales forecasting and pipeline analysis tools
  • AWS cloud certification - an advantage
